Things that are good with the product

I was looking for a cot for my baby, Krishiv. I purchased this cot after reading & checking other competitive products available. After Reading about others, I found this one to be the most cost efficient with all the required features. It has easy instructions & videos are available on Youtube to install the cot. We installed the cot in 2 hours. All the parts were supplied & the quality of screws & wood is really good. Once the kids start teething, they can easily soothe their gums by chewing the wood.

I am writing this review after 2 months of usage. My boy, Krishiv, is 3 months & he is sleeping in his cot for 2 months now. Since a mattress is not sent with this cot, I got a cotton mattress for him as I am a little finicky about using any other material except for cotton for him.

Krishiv is comfortable in the cot from the very first day. While purchasing it, I was a little skeptical if he would sleep in the cot or not, but to my surprise, he sleeps really well in it. The cot has wheels which helps me to move it around the house easily. During the day time I move the cot to my MIL’s room as we hang out together during the day (also to save electricity and use 1 AC). We usually change it to the rocker position as it helps Krishiv to comfort himself and sleep easily. Since the cot has good storage, I store all my big pillows and AC blankets easily under it. As Krishiv has started rotating, its railing keeps my baby safe and I can peacefully do all my work without checking on him repeatedly.

The mosquito net is very big & goes till the floor. As a mother I used to be worried about the usage of mosquito repellent in the room for its harsh chemicals. Now my boy is safe.

It can be easily attached to my bed on the top setting and can easily reach and reassure the baby at night. Also, it's easy for me to bring him to my bed for feeding at night. I put brakes on the wheels to keep the cot steady at night. I have also attached a musical toy on the top to keep Krishiv engaged.

Things which could have been better

Although the overall quality of wood is good and pretty safe but it lacks that solid feeling. It always feels that if stressed beyond a certain limit it would just break apart.

It does not come with a mattress but the sleeping pad has a bit of top cover made with a very thin layer of foam. This could have been a bit thicker or softer because when the baby start hitting his feet on the base, it is not comfortable.

The wheels are pretty light. They do get stuck at times and flip over by themselves while moving the cot. The quality of wheels could have been better.

Even though the storage space is huge, make sure you do not store anything heavy in it. It is made of the lightest wood possible.
